What is GoCare?

GoCare is a health-promotion app that rewards every step you take with CareCoin (CARE), which you can exchange for coupons and discounts from our partner businesses.

Is GoCare free?

Yes. GoCare is free to download from the App Store and Google Play, and all core features are free.

Which languages are supported?

Mongolian, English and Russian. You can switch the language in your profile settings.

Does GoCare give real money?

CARE cannot currently be converted directly into cash. It is not built on a blockchain, so technically it is not a cryptocurrency.

You can, however, use CARE inside the GoCare app for vouchers, discounts and other services from partner businesses with an equivalent monetary value.

How many CARE is 10,000 steps?

You earn 1 CARE for every 10 steps, so 10,000 steps gives you 1,000 CARE.

What coupon value do 10,000 CARE buy?

We value 1 CARE at 0.5₮, so 10,000 CARE gets you a coupon worth 5,000₮.

How do I use a coupon?

Get a coupon with CARE in the Market, then open it under "My coupons" and show it to the partner's staff. Check each coupon's validity and terms in its details.

👟Step counting

What if my steps are not counted, or are undercounted?

Open the app every morning so your steps sync. If steps still are not counted, check the permissions:

iPhone: turn on Settings → GoCare → Motion & Fitness and allow Health → Sharing → Apps → GoCare
Android: Settings → Apps → GoCare → Permissions → Physical activity → Allow

Steps are not counted in the background on Android

Some phones stop apps in the background to save battery. Set Settings → Apps → GoCare → Battery to "Unrestricted".

Are steps from previous days counted?

GoCare syncs recent days from Apple Health / Health Connect, but CARE is credited per day, so opening the app daily is the most reliable.

Why does GoCare need my location?

Location is used to suggest nearby challenges and to verify attendance for organisation users (CareForce, CarePulse). See our Privacy Policy for details.

I forgot my password

Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen and reset it with the code sent to your registered phone number.

How do I delete my account?

Send a request to permanently delete your account by calling 1900-2407 from your registered number, or by emailing [email protected]. We delete your data within 30 days.

Is my data safe?

We use your data only to provide the service and never sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do we start using CareForce or CarePulse?
